Eight substitute services draftees currently in service at the OCAC participate in a program co-hosted by the OCAC and the Wan Hua Child Service Center (hereinafter the Center) to provide child care and study partner services to the children at the Center every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon. The program is meant for the draftees to use their expertise to provide public services. As the program brings children more opportunities and fun for learning, it also enables the draftees to practice what they've learned in school and learn to give and care.
