On February 24, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reported that a cumulative total of 137 confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in Cambodia from February 20 to February 23, and it was determined that cases in the country would continue to rise. Thus, the CECC has moved Cambodia to its list of medium-risk countries/regions. Additionally, the CECC reported that local infections in Bhutan have been brought under control, and the country has met the criteria for CECC's list of low-risk countries for three weeks. Therefore, the CECC has added Bhutan to the list of low-risk countries/regions.

1. Low-risk countries/regions: New Zealand, Macao, Palau, Fiji, Brunei, Laos, Nauru, East Timor, Mauritius, the Marshall Islands, Bhutan.

2. Medium-risk countries/regions: Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia.

The CECC announced four new confirmed imported cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan today (Cases #944-947). As of now, a cumulative total of 172,927 cases related to COVID-19 have been reported in Taiwan among which COVID-19 has been ruled out in 171,094. Of these reported cases, infection with COVID-19 was laboratory-confirmed in 946 cases. Of the 946 confirmed cases, 830 are imported; 77 are indigenous; 36 are naval crew members aboard the Panshi fast combat support ship; 2 are infections on an aircraft; 1 case has unknown sources of infection; and 1 case (Case #530) has been removed (Case #530 is not assigned to any patients). Of the confirmed cases, there have been 9 deaths, and 899 patients have been released from isolation, with the other 38 patients remaining hospitalized in isolation
